Each VISUAIR™ Home Sensor covers 850 square feet thus for every 850sq/ft of your home you will need (1) Home Sensor?
If I move after purchasing the VISUAIR™ Home Monitoring System can I continue to have the 24/7/365 Call Center Monitoring with no additional cost for relocation?
Yes there is no additional cost or hidden fees for relocation.
Do I have any extra WiFi charges or need a Hotspot Device when installing the VISUAIR™ Home Monitoring System?
No the VISUAIR™ Home Monitoring System has a dedicated Security Communication Device that does not utilize your WiFi for Call Center Monitoring however your Phone App will be hosted by WiFi.
Can I install the VISUAIR™ Home Monitoring System myself?
Yes the VISUAIR™ Home Monitoring System is Plug & Play and User Friendly. Simply follow the instructions after downloading the Phone App. Should you have any issues, call our Customer Support team.

How often do I perform maintenance on the Active Pure XL?
